About the 16 Wishes Collection

"I was inspired to create the 16 wishes collection because I am turning 16 years old this year and my birthday wish is to embody and share my hopes and wishes with the world. Each of the shades in the palette are named after one of my wishes for the world and each of them represent something that I value and believe. If more people were to consider just a few of these 16 wishes, it would bring people together and lead to a kinder world."- Mills
